Surgeon?

Blake wanted Baby Gracie to come out of Kiki's belly. So, he came up with a very logical solution.

He went to his room and came back with his chainsaw. When that didn't work, he decided to try his skill saw. When the drill didn't work either, he decided to give up.

Washington Canyon Adventure

The river was truly the highlight of this canyon trip. The kids had so much fun posing, playing on, and crossing this log.
I love Kelsie's face in this picture. This was taken just before Rachel fell into the water.

Bryan was helping Blake walk across the log when Blake declared, "I do it my own self." So, Bryan let go of his hand and continued walking along side Blake. Blake must have gotten nervous because he said, "I gonna fall and die down in there, Dad!"
Throwing rocks is the most highly anticipated canyon activity for my kids. Blake loves to find the biggest rock he can.

My Girls

Charlotte, Me, Renae

Char was in town for the weekend, so we all got together for lunch. I can't tell you how fun it was to visit with these girls. Most of my favorite memories from college involve them. Love you guys! We need to do this more often.

My Fishin' Fool

Guess who out-fished his daddy, grandpa, and uncle combined? That's right. Blake caught 8 fish with his light-up Lightening McQueen fishing pole. Daddy - 1, Grandpa Bear - 2 chubbs, Uncle Toddy - 5. Way to go Blake!

Haircut?

Bryan took Blake to the cabin for a sleepover, hence the camo shirt. Before they left I was noticing how long his hair is. I think it's time to call Aunt Jamie.Sara wanted her picture taken as well. I told her that her ugly, cheesy smile made her squint so that I couldn't see her beautiful eyes. When I told her I wanted her 'pretty smile' not her 'ugly smile' this is what I got:Psycho!

Love - Hate

After naptime Sara did something to bug Mister Mister. He got 5" away from her face and demanded, "Don't do that!" I asked what was going on and did my best to help them settle the disagreement. Then I told them to say "I'm sorry" to give each other kisses. Seriously? Maybe she shouldn't watch princess movies.
I sure love my silly, silly kids!

Sara's Special Day

Blake went with Bryan and the guys to "work hard on cabin" so Sara got a day all to herself. We went to the park to play and take pics. She also got to get special treats at the store and was able to choose whatever she wanted for dinner. It was nice to have a girls' day.
