Big Mess

What you can't tell from this picture is that Blake spilled half of a box of Kix cereal all over the hallway, living room and kitchen floors. He was happy to clean up his mess and got upset when I tried to help him.

The first thing Sara has to do when she gets to school is to wash her hands.

Lucky Girl! She gets to be in the same class as her cousin Kyle.

A Boy and His Dog

We have decided to keep a puppy. Bryan explained to the kids that we got Sara a girl puppy, Lady, and that Blake needed a boy puppy. Blake was heartbroken that Diesel was already sold but got to choose his puppy from the remaining 3 males. The puppy formerly known as Butch has been renamed Diesel. Blake is so excited!

He made Bryan buy that tractor toy for Diesel.

Sunset

We had Helaman and Emily over for dinner and games. When my turn was over I went outside to check on the kids. The coloring was phenomenal. Everything outside had a pink tint. Various shades of pink, purple, indigo, and blue could be seen in the sky. These pictures really don't do it justice.

Of course Sara wanted Bryan to take her picture.



The kids got to watch a movie while we played Cities & Knights. Asher was so excited to be with the big kids.
