Valentine's Day

This year Valentine's Day fell on a Saturday. Instead of driving all over making deliveries to cousins, I decided to have cousins from both sides over for a party. Aunt Jen brought sugar cookies to decorate. Sara had so much fun picking out which cousin got which valentine (Barbie and the Diamond Castle). She did not like that she had to give all of the treats away with the cards, until the actual exchange. When she realized that she would get treats as well she was in heaven.

Blake put some candy on his iced cookie, which he immediately devoured. Then he proceeded to scoop up the icing with his heart-shaped sucker. Lucky for me, I was headed out of town and did not have to deal with the sugar overload.

Sara poured the sprinkles on her cookie and was so proud of it.

Lexie was loving the black sprinkles. Gray teeth were the result.
I think everyone had fun and it made it nice for me as I was trying to finish all of my last minute preparations for Las Vegas.
